4. Disclaimers

Mealplatehub provides recipes and cooking information “as is” and “as available.” While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that recipes are free from errors, omissions, or harmful ingredients. The Site’s content is not intended to replace professional medical, nutritional, or culinary advice.

• Mealplatehub does not endorse any specific cooking methods, brands, or dietary products.
• All user‑generated content is provided by third parties and may contain inaccuracies or subjective opinions.

5. Liability Limitations

The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and the arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding on both parties.
3. Jurisdiction: The arbitration proceedings and any subsequent court action, if any, shall be conducted in a court located in the state of New York, United States. The parties hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of that court.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek provisional or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent imminent harm.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to the Terms

Mealplatehub reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Site and will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
